Absolutely none. We coach complete beginners through to competitive club players. Your first session starts wherever you are right now.
Use the booking form on our website to pick your session type, date, and time. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.
We coach at a number of courts and clubs across the area. See the Locations page for a full list. We can also discuss coming to your local club if it is not already listed.
Comfortable sports clothing and trainers suitable for court surfaces. If you do not have a racket, let us know in advance and we can arrange to lend you one for your first session.
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be charged in full. Lessons cancelled by the coach will always be rescheduled or fully refunded.
We offer 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute sessions. 60 minutes is the most popular choice — long enough to warm up, work on technique, and finish with live ball practice.
Yes. Junior coaching is one of our most popular programmes. Sessions are structured, fun, and age-appropriate, covering footwork, technique, and match play in a positive environment.
Yes — we offer 5-lesson and 10-lesson bundles at a discounted rate. Bundles are great for staying consistent and making faster progress. See the Pricing page for details.
Yes. Small group sessions are available for 2 to 4 players of similar ability. They are a great way to train with friends or family and are more affordable per player than private sessions.
Our coach is LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) qualified, DBS checked, and First Aid certified. They have over 10 years of coaching experience across all ages and levels.
Outdoor lessons may need to be rescheduled in the event of heavy rain or unsafe conditions. We will contact you as early as possible and offer a full reschedule at no extra cost.
Most players notice meaningful improvement within their first few sessions, particularly with technique and consistency. Progress depends on your starting point and how regularly you practise between lessons, but we will set clear goals and track your development throughout.
