Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms govern the booking and delivery of coaching sessions with Court & Craft. By booking a lesson, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Bookings

All lessons must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received or a booking confirmation has been sent.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without charge.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.
  • Lessons cancelled by the coach (for example, due to weather or illness) will always be rescheduled or fully refunded.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours notice will be accommodated subject to availability, at no extra cost. Requests made within 48 hours will be treated as a late cancellation under the policy above.

4. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method. Lesson bundles are refunded pro-rata based on sessions not yet used, subject to the cancellation terms above.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time and the full fee will apply.

6. Player Conduct

We expect all players, parents, and guardians to treat coaches and fellow players with respect. We reserve the right to decline future bookings in cases of inappropriate conduct.

7. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect participation in a coaching session. Players take part at their own risk.

8. Liability

While all reasonable care is taken to ensure safe coaching sessions, Court & Craft accepts no liability for injury or loss arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
